Clinic Manager (St. Paul Clinic) Position Available Due to a Relocation
Are you an experienced Clinic Manager seeking an opportunity to work beside and lead a patient-focused team of energetic and highly motivated health care professionals?
Colon & Rectal Surgery Associates, Ltd., (CRSAL) a large, independent surgical specialty practice in the Twin Cities is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our St. Paul clinic.
Position Description:
Primary focus is providing leadership and direction for our staff of 7supporting 8 Colorectal Surgeons and Physician Assistants. Promote high quality care and service to our patients while optimizing daily operational efficiency. The Clinic Manager collaborates with other members of the management team to ensure effective operations and support for organizational initiatives. Support the design and implementation of operational policies, processes and continuous quality improvement. Leadership functions include hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching and evaluation.
Requirements:
· 2-4 years recent clinic management experience, including direct leadership of staff
· Bachelors in health care management or equivalent experience preferred
· Strong interpersonal/relationship-building, communication and organizational skills
· Must have leadership skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and delegate appropriately
· Demonstrated strong judgment, decision-making and facilitation skills, including conflict resolution.
· Experience with NextGen practice management and electronic medical records system preferred
· Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to travel between clinic locations in a reliable and efficient manner.
