Currently seeking an organized healthcare professional with a minimum of 1- 2 years recent experience scheduling patient appointment/procedures in a clinic/hospital setting. Must be able to handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Duties: Scheduling clinical/surgical appointments, answering clinic phones, supporting patient charting utilizing EMR, patient education, may support rooming patients, assisting physicians, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Requirements: Superior communication skills (verbal and written) including Medical Terminology, strong computer knowledge, (Misys/Tiger software a plus!) knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality. Must have previous scheduling experience. Prefer Medical Assistant diploma/certification but not required. This is a full time position (8:30-5pm) Monday-Friday.
Manager, Clinic Services-- St. Paul
Primary focus will be providing leadership and direction for our staff and physicians.
Promote continuation of high quality care and service to our patients while optimizing daily operational efficiency. The Clinic Manager collaborates with other members of the management team to ensure effective operations & support for organizational initiatives. Support the design and implementation of operational policies, processes and continuous quality improvement. Leadership functions include hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching and evaluation. Requires 3-5 years recent clinic/hospital management experience, including direct leadership of staff; Bachelor’s in health care management, and/or previous clinic operations experience preferred. Strong interpersonal/relationship-building, communication and organizational skills; Must have leadership skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and delegate appropriately; Demonstrated strong judgment, decision-making and facilitation skills, including conflict resolution. Experience with Misys Software and electronic medical records systems preferred.
Part- time Medical Assistant/Receptionist-Float (St. Paul, Edina, Plymouth, MPLS Clinics)
Part-time (24-29 hours per week)
We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to fill our Medical Assistant/Receptionist-Float position.
This candidate will float as assigned between our clinic sites (St. Paul, Edina, Plymouth, MPLS). Duties: Room set up, rooming patients, assisting physicians with procedures and supporting patient charting utilizing EMR. Must have(or be willing to learn) Medical Receptionist duties such as answering busy clinic phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments. Requirements include: MUST have certification/diploma as a Medical Assistant with a minimum of 1 years recent Medical Assistant experience in a clinic setting. Must have superior communication skills, excellent direct patient care skills as well as the ability to remain professional, upbeat and positive in a busy clinic environment.

Position Overview:
Our new Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will work with the colorectal surgeon and/or referring physician to augment the physician’s ability to provide clinic and hospital based medical/colorectal care by assisting in surgery and providing pre/post-operative care.
*Requirements:
• 1 year PA/NP clinical experience (may be willing to train a dynamic new grad)
• Surgical experience preferred
• PA - Current graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program. National certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) as well as the Physician Assistant national certifying examination (PANCE). Current registration as a licensed PA-C with the state of Minnesota.
NP – Must have MS in Science in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner with current Minnesota license.
