- Pre-Register Online - You may find it much easier and convenient to supply us with information online rather than registering over the phone or completing your form in the waiting room.
- Complete Your Health History Online - You have the ability to enter your medical history information online at your convenience, in the comfort of your own home. If you forget some of the information, or don’t have it available at the time, you can return to your account online to update and resubmit your forms to us at any time, prior to your appointment.
- Request an Office Appointment… at your fingertips - Request an office appointment online.
- Ask a Billing Question - Inquire about your balance or insurance claim status. You will have the ability to communicate with us more easily on your time and schedule, not ours. You may prefer, or need, to speak to someone in person, which is definitely still an option; however, if it is something that can be asked and answered quickly and easily online, we will be glad to do so.
